      I actually just wrote a blog post about it. I finished a 72 hour fast, and some stressful things happened with work and I ended up basically binge eating for an entire week 🙁 but I am back at it again! The good news, I had major reactions to foods after the fast so I have a good idea of what I can and can’t tolerate. Im back to no dairy, no gluten, no artificial ingredients and following more of the ignite phase even though I should be in renew. How are you doing?
