1. Guilty. Totally guilty. I have told myself for 2018 I need to be consistent with my blog. I think my biggest problem is that I don’t know what to say and why would anyone find what I wrote about as interesting. And I have lots of blog posts in my head and none on my actual blog. My goal is to make my blog a priority. Thanks for pointing these out!

You can do it! I also have found journaling is a great way to get things out on paper, and then I can edit to turn it into a post! Makes it feel much more organic and less pressure!

  2. This is my tth time around and I did all of these before. This time I just do it. I make office hours. I research my topic and I site and link to all others bloggers I a my use. Consistency is still my down fall. I do 3 post a day but the days always change. I need to make a set upload day.

  3. I am guilty of all of these! I put off ever starting for years, but I finally did in 2017. I struggle with insecurities and consistency. I would say publishing that first post is the hardest. I felt so vulnerable and exposed! But I was also pleasantly surprised by the positive feedback. Now, I’m still working on consistency. Not always easy since I work full-time, but it’s my blogging goal for 2018!

Ha! I totally get that! It is really hard to niche down when you are just starting out. I feel like that too. I thought I was going to have more variety but I find myself talking more about the obstacles as a parent! I think going with your heart is better than forcing a niche. Eventually it will all come together. =)

  4. My Blog Inspires

I totally agree with you .Consistency is the key.. I’ve started a 365 days Blogging challenge in my blog, Just to be in it !

  5. Yesss. It sounds like we’ve been on similar blogging journies! I started a blog three times and was so overwhelmed and I procrastinated that I just never continued. My first few posts about my daughter were probably C posts, but then I started adding posts that are beneficial to others (while still enjoying myself) and I finally felt good about it! I started in November so I still have a lot to learn, but it’s nice to see someone else who’s made mistakes and is still sticking with it!

Great job starting again!! I really feel this time around is the real deal. I have learned so much and I am actually doing instead of planning! I am really enjoying the process.
